New Site
This has been on my to do list from May last year, but I've finally started my new portfolio site.
Just got the template and landing page sorted.
I'm quite happy with the results so far.

PATCH WORK PAPER
This has been an ongoing project since October, but it's finally happened - Issue 1 of The Patchwork Paper has finally landed! I have yet to see the final prints, but I'm sure they will look every bits as good as the test prints.
I did the layout for the entire mag and designed the logo, there will be a website coming along soon and hopefully a little video piece - more to come.
The paper will be distributed at various pubs, galleries and venues across London, so keep an eye out!
Or here's a digital version

Dale Chihuly
I Went down to the Halcyon Gallery yesterday to check out Dale Chihuly's glass blowing extravaganza. Some of his work is absolutely mind blowing, I really cannot begin to imagine how difficult some of these sculptures would have been to make.
The exhibition is on til the end of March and well worth checking out if your anywhere near New Bond St.
Also he's only got one eye and looks like a pirate - what a guy!

THE DENTURE DISCO
A little project I've been working on with a few associates - the Denture Disco will hopefully be coming to a festival near you very soon..
We got our proposal in to Secret Garden and Glade today, are still going to apply to Boomtown, Playgroup, Bestival, Shambala and a few others I can't recall right now. If anyone can think of any festivals they could picture a giant set of dentures at please let a guy know.

ANDY GILMORE
Something about this guys work really appeals to me, while also mildly scaring me. I think it's the sheer complexity of it, combined with the fact that a lot of it looks like a dmt trip.
Good stuff never the less check his site out HERE

Jamie J Beaton
A few months ago I was comissioned by set designer, art director and sculptor Jamie Beaton to build him a portfolio site and design him a logo. This was a great opportunity to practice my webdesign skills.

WHERE'S NANA??????

Continuing with my trend of rediculously out of date work here's some stuff from the UWE degree show. I worked on this with Maxim Mcnair and Louisa Brain. This project gave an excellent taster of what it was like to work with real clients and set me up nicely for being flung out into the real world.

Only about 7 months late..
So I've decided to once again have a crack at keeping my blog up to date. I've got 7 months worth of backlog, so rather than giving up all the goods in one go I'm going to try to upload a project a day and maybe, just maybe I'll be able to pull my finger out and actually keep the guy up to date.
Here's a few flicks of some of my final year project. (circa May 2011) ha!
