Death of the Estate Agent

For a brief I've got to create a booklet inspired by a book called 'buying & selling your home' I've begun to make this book entitled Death of the Estate Agent, it is going to investigate how recession has affected the housing industry and consequently affected the estate agents and what means the ones who remain are going to to ensure they survive until the market stabilises.
